Client Relationship Management

We care enough about our service and the relationships between us and our clients to have a team employed full time in Client Relationship Management.

The Client Relationship Management team have a mission - to obtain feedback from clients and applicants that jjFOX have contact with. The objective is to collect and feedback information on how we can improve and to enable us to cement firmer business relationships through listening to the opinions of those who have experienced our services.

At jjFOX we have adopted the "polite approach," which we as a company and our agents as individuals hold in high regard as our differentiating factor. The "polite approach" ensures that we provide a polite, efficient and valuable service, no matter whom you are speaking to at jjFOX. This approach is used for both applicants and clients alike and is implemented in every stage of the recruitment process from your initial contact with us onwards.

Our agents are experienced professionals who are specialists within their sector, taking pride in their chosen careers and striving to be the best at what they do. For this reason it is integral that we obtain feedback on the service that we offer, whether positive or negative. This feedback will help us to measure how our service is perceived by those that we offer our services to and will provide us with the necessary information which will advise us on how we can evolve and continue to build upon the exceptionally high level of service that we work so hard to achieve.

The information gathered relating to the level of service provided by our agents is recorded and used to review each agent on their service, methods and performance in order to assist their progression and ensure that we continue the jjFOX standards.
